نظّمت جمعية ريحانة اللقاء الرابع من مشروع “مطبخ ريحانة الإنتاجي”، والذي خُصص لتدريب النساء على إعداد المعجنات بأنواعها، بما يشمل تحضير العجينة وطريقة عمل البيتزا والصفيحة.
وشهد اللقاء حضور 40 امرأة من مخيمي العزة وعايدة ومدينة بيت جالا، من بينهن عدد من المشاركات الجديدات اللواتي أبدين تفاعلًا كبيرًا مع التدريب، واهتمامًا باكتساب مهارات جديدة يمكن توظيفها في حياتهن اليومية أو في سياق تطوير مشاريع صغيرة.
وقد تعرّفت المشاركات خلال التدريب العملي على خطوات تحضير العجينة الناجحة، وأساليب تشكيل المعجنات المختلفة، حيث جرى التركيز على الجوانب التطبيقية التي تتيح لهن الاستفادة من المهارات المكتسبة سواء ضمن مشروع “ريحانة الإنتاجي الغذائي” أو داخل منازلهن.
ويأتي هذا اللقاء ضمن سلسلة من اللقاءات التي تنفذها جمعية ريحانة بهدف تعزيز المهارات الإنتاجية للنساء، وفتح آفاق التمكين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي لهن، من خلال توفير بيئة تدريبية آمنة تجمع بين التعليم، والعمل، وبناء العلاقات المجتمعية.
Rihannah Association organized the fourth session of its “Rihannah Productive Kitchen” project, dedicated to training women on how to prepare a variety of pastries, including dough preparation, and making pizza and sfiha (meat pies).
The session was attended by 40 women from Al-Azza and Aida refugee camps, as well as from the city of Beit Jala, including several new participants who expressed great enthusiasm for acquiring new skills that could be applied both at home and within small business ventures.
During the hands-on training, participants learned how to make successful dough and shape different types of pastries, with a focus on practical techniques that could benefit them in the association’s food production project or in their personal lives.
This session is part of a broader series of trainings organized by Rihannah Association to enhance women’s productive skills and open up economic and social empowerment opportunities, by providing a safe and supportive environment that blends learning, practice, and community engagement.
