جمعية ريحانة تُطلق برنامج “المطبخ الإنتاجي” بدعم من الوكالة الإيطالية للتعاون الإنمائي!
اطلقت جمعية ريحانة عن انطلاق برنامج المطبخ الإنتاجي، وهو مشروع ريادي يهدف إلى تمكين النساء ودعم الاقتصاد المحلي من خلال تأسيس خط إنتاج غذائي داخل المجتمع المحلي، ليجسد مبدأ العمل التعاوني في السياق الفلسطيني.
يتضمن البرنامج ورشات طبخ احترافية بإشراف الشيف جلال درويش، بالإضافة إلى دورات متخصصة في الإدارة المالية والتسويق، ليكون منصة تدريبية متكاملة تُعزز قدرات النساء على دخول سوق العمل.
وقد كان اليوم هو يوم الانطلاق لهذا المشروع ، حيث شاركت فيه ما يقارب ٤٠ امرأة من مخيمي عايدة والعزّة (بيت جبرين) والمناطق المجاورة.
هذا المشروع هو نواة للإنتاج، وتعزيز للصمود، وخطوة نحو اقتصاد تشاركي يقوده المجتمع المحلي بإرادة لا تُقهر.

Rihannah Association proudly announces the launch of the Productive Kitchen Program, an innovative initiative aimed at empowering women and supporting the local economy through the establishment of a productive kitchen and a food production line within the camp. This project embodies the spirit of cooperative work within the Palestinian context.
The program includes professional cooking workshops led by Chef Jalal Darwish, as well as specialized training sessions in financial management and marketing. It serves as a comprehensive training platform that enables women to confidently and skillfully enter the labor market.
Today marked the official launch of the project, with the participation of approximately 40 women from Aida and Al-Azza (Beit Jibrin) camps, as well as nearby areas.
This project is a seed of production, a symbol of resilience, and a bold step toward a cooperative economy driven by the local community with unwavering determination.
