التدريب العملي لتدريب المدربين (TOT) في جمعية ريحانة ضمن برنامج ActionAid
نفذت مؤسسة ActionAid اليوم تدريبها العملي ضمن تدريب المدربين (TOT) في مقر جمعية ريحانة، وذلك ضمن برنامج يستهدف فئة الشباب ويهدف إلى تعزيز مهاراتهم الحياتية في مجالات الاتصال والتواصل، القيادة، والعمل ضمن الفريق.
اتسم التدريب بجو تفاعلي حيث أظهر المشاركون انخراطًا فعّالًا في الأنشطة التطبيقية. هذه الخطوة تأتي ضمن جهود مشتركة لتمكين الشباب وتفعيل أدوارهم في مجتمعاتهم، وبناء قدراتهم بشكل عملي ومؤثر.
Practical Training of Trainers (TOT) at Rihannah Association within ActionAid Program
Today, ActionAid carried out the practical component of its Training of Trainers (TOT) program at the Rihannah Association. This initiative targets youth and aims to strengthen their life skills in areas such as communication, leadership, and teamwork.
The training was marked by an interactive atmosphere, where participants showed active engagement in the practical activities. This step is part of a joint effort to empower young people, activate their roles within their communities, and build their capacities in a meaningful and hands-on way.
